Handstand Work


Position drills:

10 x standing pelvic tilts against the wall

10 x arm angels in an l-sit against the wall

10 x shoulder opener with pelvic tilts

3 x 20sec L-stand hold shoulder opener


Shoulder endurance:

3 x 20-40sec chest to wall hold


Handstand entries:

10-20 tuck ups

10 x lunge to T-shape hold

10 x lunge to single leg kick up


Play time:

10 x lunge to handstand both legs on wall

10 x leg flutters
