Skill Work - Handstand hold 

Try accumulate 1min off free standing HS
this can be done at wall if needed and just push off
get friends and family involved

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds
400m run
20m handstand walk or HShold (30-60secs your call) HSPU or push ups 10-20reps (your call)

so many ways todo this workout. pick a variation that allows your to work and move, get the blood pumping. 
will make you feel better at the end of a hard week. sub the run for any from of cardio if needed, bike skip etc
