Skill Work - Headstands 

Headstands
- try accumulate 3 mins in a headstand
 

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)


20min amrap


5 HSPU / pike push ups / HR push ups
10 Pistols or step ups (use a chair)
15 swings (Russian) *

* can use a KB or DB, or even find a heavy swingable object (water bottle etc) goal here is to work that hinge pattern load up a backpack and do some RDLs even
