Double-unders 
Sit-ups

If you can't perform DU double the amount of reps. if no rope at home. place something small on the ground, e.g. a towel and jump from side to side.

 

Accessory

Pull-ups 

Option 1 if you have a pullup bar:


pullup 5x5
or
- accumulate 25 reps
or
- perform negatives 25 reps
 

DB Row (single arm) 5 x10 each side


Option 2 no bar find something heavy to hold and perform some rows

Think outside the box. you could use a toolbox of a heavy shopping bag loaded with a few bits and still do some rows
