Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)

tabata Mash up 20 on 10 off x7 rounds

-Jumping jacks
-shoulder taps (in plank position)
-skipping
-sit ups
-high knees
-mounatin climbers

rotate exercise each round and complete x7 (21mins) score total reps, each movement is counted as 1 rep each jump,tap movement of leg is 1 rep. Count them all up and see you far you get :) number should get pretty high
