Strength Circuit

Split Squats (3/4 sets x 12 reps (6L6R))
Perform this as a circuit slowly move through the exercises

A1: Split squats
A2: Pullups or rows
A3: Planche hold
A4: rest 60-90secs
x3/4 sets depending on how you feel
Pull-ups (3/4 sets x5 reps)
DB Row (single arm) (3/4 sets x10 reps)
Plank (3/4 sets x 30-45 secs)

Metcon - Sprint till death (Distance)


10m shuttle run
add 10m every min till you miss a minute

Use something to mark the 10m distance on both ends and the 5m mark in-between them. 
run back and forth adding 10m every min till you miss. place a 5m mark in the center and 
score any extra 5m distance covered at the end
