Skill Work - L-Sit 

Try accumulate 1min in a Lsit

This can be done hanging or raised off floor (use a few books or a chair)
if not able do some straddle leg lifts 5x5 each leg, try get family of friends involved at home

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

15min partner amrap

partner 1 holds plank
Partner 2 does 1 round
10 single arm DB /KB push press (5 L/5R)
10 sit ups
10 squats
Then swap
